The Mukhota Community Pledge
We built Mukhota to be a safe, anonymous harbor for genuine human connection. To protect this space, we ask everyone to honor this pledge.
What Mukhota is for
- •Vulnerability: Sharing the thoughts, struggles, and stories you cannot share anywhere else.
- •Empathy: Holding space for others and offering support without judgment.
- •Anonymity: Protecting your identity so you can speak your truth without fear of offline consequences.
What is never allowed
Attacking anyone based on race, religion, gender, orientation, or identity.
Sharing real names, addresses, phone numbers, or social media handles—yours or others.
Encouraging or instructing others on how to self-harm. (Seeking support for yourself is allowed and encouraged).
Any content depicting or promoting illegal acts, violence, or child exploitation.
Using Mukhota to sell products, promote services, or drive traffic to other platforms.
How moderation works
We use a combination of automated AI screening (Google Perspective API) and human review to enforce these guidelines.
If your post violates our pledge, it may be removed. Repeated violations will result in a Shadowban—meaning you can still use the app, but your posts will be invisible to everyone else.
